We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose: creating and downloading avatars for lawful personal use.
If you send suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Square Face, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction and without compensation to you.
Our avatar maker tools are currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future. If that happens, pricing and billing terms will be presented clearly before you are charged.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
